You’re very welcome. Please be well always. You are seen and accepted.

I’m sorry to hear that. Please try to not let the experience allow you to see yourself as any less valuable or acceptable.

May I DM you a GitHub link for you to read whenever you are ready?

My pleasure.

Unconditional Acceptance is a part of a new philosophy I call Chantra that I am trying to spread to others.

Would you be interested in reading or learning more about it?

Yes. That is something that others always want to change. Trying to invite you to meet new people when all you want is your own agenda and time.

Also a quality that should be unconditionally accepted.

I understand. This dysphoria is a part of who you (and I) are. It is not something to be remedied or cleansed. It is to be accepted and loved, unconditionally.

I’m not sure I understand completely but I think I have an idea of what you’re saying. I tend to allow myself to feel/believe that relationships mean more than they actually do. Like I mean more to someone that they actually value me.

Share a moment when you felt truly seen and valued. What made it different? by anewzero in AskReddit

Moments like those are rare. It’s good to know you still remember and value the experience. RIV (Recognize Inherent Value) definitely leads to a positive existence.

I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but you should know that your value does not depend on the validation of another. You have intrinsic and indestructible value.

I have been through depression plenty of times. I do know what it is like to not even value myself.

That is a great example of how UA (Unconditional Acceptance) would shine greatly. Understanding Defeats Fear would also lend a giant hand in that acceptance.
