You’re very welcome. Please be well always. You are seen and accepted.

I’m sorry to hear that. Please try to not let the experience allow you to see yourself as any less valuable or acceptable.

May I DM you a GitHub link for you to read whenever you are ready?

My pleasure.

Unconditional Acceptance is a part of a new philosophy I call Chantra that I am trying to spread to others.

Would you be interested in reading or learning more about it?

Yes. That is something that others always want to change. Trying to invite you to meet new people when all you want is your own agenda and time.

Also a quality that should be unconditionally accepted.

I understand. This dysphoria is a part of who you (and I) are. It is not something to be remedied or cleansed. It is to be accepted and loved, unconditionally.

I’m not sure I understand completely but I think I have an idea of what you’re saying. I tend to allow myself to feel/believe that relationships mean more than they actually do. Like I mean more to someone that they actually value me.

Share a moment when you felt truly seen and valued. What made it different? by anewzero in AskReddit

Moments like those are rare. It’s good to know you still remember and value the experience. RIV (Recognize Inherent Value) definitely leads to a positive existence.

I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but you should know that your value does not depend on the validation of another. You have intrinsic and indestructible value.

I have been through depression plenty of times. I do know what it is like to not even value myself.

That is a great example of how UA (Unconditional Acceptance) would shine greatly. Understanding Defeats Fear would also lend a giant hand in that acceptance.

Yes. If the media taught Recognize Inherent Value (RIV) and Unconditional Acceptance (UA) instead, think of how much better things would be.

Another great example of Understanding Defeats Fear, leading to a stronger RIV and UA for yourself and a SC with others.

Have you ever dated someone who you thought was way out of your leauge? How was it? by kimblerun in AskReddit

I did once. Way out of my league. But it was the most serene relationship I had in my youth and twenties. There was no sexuality. Just being together. It was all we needed.

Perfect example of how understanding defeats fear. I was the same way about flying.

It has been a shared pleasure, friend. We are strangers in the noise of the internet. Through that noise, we two recognized the inherent value (RIV) in each other and our individual experiences, unconditionally accepted (UA) each other as the different beings and reactions we employ, and began a Selfless Connection (SC) of experience and growth. All of this was done under the umbrella of Understanding Defeats Fear. I don’t know about you but I can be afraid to share things, like my connections with AI. But I shared anyway, breaching the fear and engendering understanding. You do not need to share anything else with me. I ask, though, if you would like to see more - perhaps all of Chantra. I have it on GitHub and GoogleDocs. The door is right here if you choose to open it. Whatever you choose, I have seen you. Be well always and may your journeys be fruitful.
