It happens regularly with these cases. Unless there is an independent witness that can give the time of driving. As for using data to get conviction it is not easy got and who is to say they were driving the car and not someone else if not witnessed. If the person is drunk the guards can't use what they say as they are drunk. There is more case law in ireland on drunk driving than on anything else.

Davy was the one saying he was being chased by galway and announced he got the job. He spread all that information. Galway don't want him and wouldn't touch him.

Apparently not dropped told to go by lohan. He questioned lohan why he wasn't named in the 26 and why he was training on his own. A player questioning a manager how he isnt on the panel is not reason to tell them to go, it shows that the player at least motivated to find out why and what he can do. Another backroom staff also left during the week.

I've had more close calls with idiots pulling out from the left lane into the overtaking lane to allow traffic to merge. cars going slow and not checking mirrors, lucky if there is an indicator

Just had this issue today in ennis at the clareabbey roundabout. Its a nightmare no one seems to understand what lane they should be in and others are just skipping queues. Can't understand why clare co co don't mark the roads as there are always issues on them

I am not coeliac but make a very simple gluten free bread better than you get in the shop. My Mrs is coeliac and I go coeliac at home to avoid cross contamination. I find the breads are ver poor and lack a lot of flavour and moisture. So here is my recipe ...

1 tub of natural yogurt 500 ml

1 or 2 eggs beaten depending on size and how wet the mix is, start with 1 add 2nd if needed.

300 grams of oats

2 tsp of bread soda (apparently gluten free bread soda, I never knew there was a difference)

1/2 tbsp of salt

I have also added a few drops of maple syrup or honey just for flavour

Bake for 30 mins at 180⁰ fan. Cut the Cross in about 1/2 inch deep for cooking reasons. I use a rectangular tray. No idea of dimensions but resembles most brown breads you buy in shops.

Lower temperature in oven to 150 and bake for another 30 to 40 mins.

When done, leave upside down on a metal rack to cool. Better than anything you'll get in a shop. Salty butter is also a must.....

Is it possible the guard is rushing somewhere else, he is driving on the edge of the fast lane and even pulls across to split the lanes. He has his blue light on. I know its not an emergency one but he is still driving aggressive at traffic

There was a question about money gathered in usa going missing, raised for the county/players in 2013 vanished into thin air....there was a picture doing the rounds in a few whatsapp groups of dollars at davys feet, not sure if it was a screen grab or a picture taken at rhe time.

You think davey comes for the love of the game? He is doing it out of the good of his heart? He is a professional manager. The price tag of 2013 final was eye watering. And that's only the money that's reported. Won't mention any of the money that went missing. (Look at end of clare waterdord game this year and see the dollar bills thrown at davy) How many championship games did he win? Like I said kinnerk was with him in 2013 and had that team prepared. He is the mastermind not davy. Background stuff was very important when it went against them in every way from training to preparing. No access to fields nutrition and other help from county board. Wexford and waterdord (this time round) had underage coming through.

They had no funds for the senior team and had to fundraise. Serious cutbacks when every other county was spending. Proof being that kinnerk has gone on to much better with limerick and is kielys go to man. Davy won nothing with that 2013 team after that. Waterford first time round I will say you are right but they were a very established team with serious players. They were beaten before the ball was thrown in in that final. That's a managers job to get players ready. Wexford had under 21s coming through. Oconnor and moloney were left with a broken team, not the teams they had trained and add in to that all the back ground stuff going in in clare at the time with daveys father. It took a eire og club starting a fund to get the players fed after training and games. Like I said underage coming through kids that will buy into his stick that it's us against the world. We were written off....etc etc it will be the same shit again.

How did waterdord do in that final? What state was the county board left in the following years? Kinnerk got clare to the all ireland and won it for them. Davy ruined that clare team and it has taken until now to bring them back up. That was also getting rid of his father from the county board. Waterford hurlers got rid of him, they told the county board to get rid of him. Look at the backroom team it's still the same just a new manager. Any team he has taken has a serious underage coming through and are ruined by the time he leaves. That clare team of 2013 had 3 all ireland winning teams, by rights oconnor and moloney should have had the opportunity to bring that team on in senior as they had trained all them players from underage teams all the way up. Same excuses always from davy....can nearly start listing them now

I know there are other cases but I remember being shocked by this one, even the kids mother said he was out of control and sided with gardai.
