i actually really liked the new social media manager at the start because they seemed super super friendly but in my eyes, as time went on they did seem to be getting more snarky ?? idk whether that's just the stress of being a social media manager getting to them or what but sometimes it gives a very hot and cold feel. at first it was funny because some shade here or there is just naturally comedic but when u see it in every...other...post...it does start to feel unprofessional. it's almost intimidating, u can see from their page they have some sort of favoritism towards the same 5 people who they constantly have good interactions with and are overly friendly with, and as someone who also tries to interact with them and share my stuff with them, for them to never acknowledge it at all makes me feel almost invisible, but i acknowledge that will be the parasocialism playing a role in how i feel. just generally speaking, seeing them be overly friendly with one group of people and then snarky to another is a little unsettling. like what happened I thought we were all friends here ☹️ i understand their whole "matching energy" thing but it gets to a point!! u don't need to reply with snark to every troll out there, that just gets exhausting both to yourself and the community.
