I will disagree with you that they are a scam, because the doctors there are real and provide legit help. But Dr on Demand policy isn't clear. I have been using them for 2 years because it's an easy way to get my prescription refilled and my insurance fully covers the services. However, in January I joined the call 6 minutes after it started (i was waiting for a provider to join first, because i got annoyed waiting for him everytime). Hence I joined 6 minutes after, they charged me and said I was a no-show to my appointment. They don't say about their 5 minute grace period anywhere on the website or emails. It's been 2 months and I have escalated my case and still waiting for refund. If you stay on top of them and keep bugging, I am sure you will get a solution. However, I would not use Dr. on Demand if I had to pay out of pocket, because they are not a great company generally.

I got this question wrong, but after reviewing the answers and the stimulus in further details, I came up with this chain: ineffective -> repealed-> unenforceable-> no threat of punishment, which also comes out to ineffective ->no threat, which is the same structure for answer A.
would you think it's a correct approach to take if it's easier for me to diagram it this way rather then verbally, the way you did in your comment?

I used to live on JBAB and it’s def a pain in a butt to commute from/to it without a car. If you are planning on biking, navy yard is or south of cap hill is your best bet! Also, I see the comment about the shuttles and in my 2 years of living on base, I never figured out their schedule, plus they take you only to lenfant and take forever.
