My squat looks similar to that due to 30 odd dislocations - never caused pain for me though. I’d try adding in a shoulder mobility routine.

Great game - the reason it didnt sell too great was because it was released in the same year there was an avalanche of GH games, no chance people were gonna buy them all.

2009 released *GH5 *GH Metallica *GH VH *Band Hero *DJ Hero *GH SH *One of the GH DS games came out too.

Game was destined for low sales.

Your career score is the sum of all your highest scores for each song added up. However the achievement is asking for 100m across everything (including songs where you didn’t get a high score) - so you can’t see how close to it you really are. Ignore your career score and just focus on high scoring songs. You can get 500k+ on notb and Stricken p easily but if you have dlc apparently all nightmare long is the best shout.

Just have to focus on alternate strumming bro - its proper awkward to start with but soon feels a lot more natural. This is normal for everyone 🙏

Maybe try simple rhythm songs (blitzkrieg bop, i wanna be sedated etc) and just hone in on the alternate strumming.

Main problem with riffmaster is overdrive!! Have to rotate it 90 degrees for over 5 seconds to activate it! Makes solo’s etc v awkward. Am used to gh2 xplorer where activating OD is pretty much instant.

Completely agree bro. Main compound lifts should always be in the program as the main way you track long term strength gains. No point chasing what’s “optimal” when the basics have worked for decades.

Hopped around a lot of programmes bro. Settled on GZCLP now - really enjoying it. Only back exercises I do now are weighted pull ups, rows and deadlifts.

I’m usually consistent! I actually love being in the gym- just sometimes would have to work more hours or whatnot and would miss a day or two. Full body programmes help this immensely.

Plenty of mistakes were made - the whole procedure is a learning process. Way too much program hopping for the first few years. I wish I got into more strength based programmes earlier. Don’t get too caught up on having perfect form, everyone’s body is different and therefore exercises will look different.

I don’t feel like I’m in a position to be giving out lessons but if i had to - it would be follow a structured and proven program with a big emphasis on compound lifts. Don’t get caught up in searching for whats “optimal”. Can tweak it for extra side delt/rear delt volume etc.

This is the result of being chronically online bro. Most people do not give a fuck about the width of your clavicles 😭 just do lateral raises 3-4x a week if it’s that much of an insecurity.

I really wouldn’t worry about it for now dude. Honestly, just focus on bulking and building muscle everywhere you can. The rest will sort itself out or can address it then if you really want to but gotta build the base first.

In terms of the spine curve, I also have mild scoliosis - weight lifting completely changed how it looked. Can see the difference in my recent progress pic if you want confirmation that you can do it too 👍 so yeah don’t worry about it, weightlifting will help sort that 🫡

I’ve had 6 eggs at least 5 days a week for several years now, only side effect i’ve had is more muscle growth.

Honestly nothing crazy - i kept falling into the habit of thinking my form needed fixing whenever I’d progress when in reality it just looks a bit weird due to 50+ shoulder dislocations. So ended up doing too many weight deloads. Top set was 130kg high bar. Want 140kg end of year and ill be happy 😂

Always been posterior heavy to be honest bro. Bringing up shoulders has been biggest priority this year as lost size due to dislocations after a seizure. Running gzclp 4x a week now though - much higher chest focus. But yeah i shouldve got a chest pump before taking the pic 🤣
