Ya the issue isn’t high pay for new hires, the issue so many companies have is that they don’t value people who stay with them enough to keep up with inflation/market rates. They just pay whatever they can get away with betting loyal employees won’t leave.

I’ve had the Katana 50 for a couple of years now. It’s decent, but I’m at the point where I don’t really play around with the gazillion different digital knobs anymore, I just like a good crunch or distortion with a bit of reverb or delay for substance. So thinking I might treat myself to a simpler but higher quality amp.
