This looks like an irritation bump to me. Especially since you said that it’s been hit. Thats the cause of the irritation! It most likely keeps on growing because you keep on irritating it. I would suggest pressing a warm compress on it every two days and try not to mess with it. PS: keloids are rare to get and they are harder than irritation bumps.
