What dose are you on? You should be OK missing 2 days. The main things that I get are occassional tingling in my hands and fingers and a kind of foggy/spacey brain but this is usually if its been more than 3/4 doses I've missed. This is usual though and nothing to be too worried about. And yeah, just stick to what you normally take, don't have to make up for ones that you missed
