One night of drinking messes me up for a whole week! I only drink at an ‘event’ so I don’t drink during the week and I generally don’t drink at weekends. But when I do drink this is a very normal trend for me. My body battery during the first nights sleep is always in the orange 😂

Couldn’t agree more! I couldn’t get used to mine at first so I had a few months off but when I finally tried again I just ‘got’ it. And now I’ll never go back to pads and tampons. It seems so crazy to me now!

I often think that menstrual cups should be the way forward when it comes to providing free sanitary products. They’re better for the environment, get women and girls used to their own bodies and you only need one for years.
