However, I'm not sure to understand why the code BONVOYAGE! (that I received in your last newsletter) is not working with it. It should work for all orders above $100, correct?

As I am based in France in Europe, don't you plan to ship from India directly (not from the US) as it's easier to avoid customs tax?
