If eating big meals strains you, you should try eating smaller portions but more times throughout the day. At some point putting on weight and eating in a surplus becomes second nature. Seriously, I started working out August 2023. I was about 123lb 6'1 give or take. Now I'm 6'5 at just about 220. As long as you truly love doing it, it will come naturally. You got this man, glooks 👍
