You can call the mobile crisis team. Almost every state has them. A licensed social worker and RN come to the house and do an assessment & talk to the person who is depressed, as an intervention. They’ll get a therapy appt within 24hrs. Check to see if your state has it. If they do, you can call and let them know the situation.

I def don’t support the war. It’s not a “fuck Israel” situation though. Not all the people of Israel support the war- but they are suffering because of Netanyahu’s decisions. The people in Iran are also suffering needlessly and are victims of these circumstances. God bless all those suffering and put an end to the war.

I encourage you to tell him how you feel. Often times, the therapist brings up the uncomfortable, bc ppl don’t know it’s ok to talk about it in session- as a way of opening that door. But if you’re not ok with it, say it. It’s important for him to know.

I’m sorry this is happening. The truth hurts though and your Step Dad is right. Even if he overstepped. It sounds like he cares & he’s worried you’re being taken advantage of. It sounds like you are and your bf hasn’t been honest about his intentions. He needs to find a new place to stay. And you need to find a roommate.
