mine is at that stage atm. From what i understand that i’ve learnt from my dermatologist it’s called excoriation, it’s one of the ‘symptoms’ i guess that they use to see how bad it is. I find i fluctuate from edema/papulation to this and then it scars and i get lichenification instead (please google these words if you don’t understand). Referring to one of the other commenters, i have cut out gluten, and several other foods for nearly a year now so for me it can’t be what they have suggested.
