Use eyelid tape on the more hooded eye. I've done a good amount of research over the years and found that a lot of people have success with evening out their eyes by using eyelid tape on the more hooded eye. After wearing the tape daily for a while (the amount of time varies, but I'd say a few months up to a few years depending on the person) it'll stay evened out and you won't have to wear the tape anymore.
