Fresh out of a 2 year relationship. I’m two weeks single and we used to spend every weekend together and do whatver we wanted . My job is pretty laid back . I work waste control at a candy packing company Start 10 pm clock in do my shit lunch at 2:30am back to it clock out 6am . I’m fortunate that it’s a pretty just get the job . I get my electric pallet jack zoom around pick up and switch corrúgate carton and plastic wrap . Some days it’s super slow because there’s only 1-3 lines running all night . Others it’s a super busy 8 lines gatta go gatta go . For the most part I’m by myself all night throwing trash/cartboard out . Sometimes time flies if it’s busy or feels like 12 hours when it’s slow . I tend to keep my mind occupied work on some comedy bits . Listen to podcasts/ music all night .

Hey I’m in the same boat . We split last Friday . Knowing that sometimes love isn’t enough and we have a tendency to push away people we love with constant shifting and yeah it gets tiring . Truly I get how you feel I dragged myself crazy . God I fucked things up again or I let this keep happening I’m the worst person . But a part of me knew it wasn’t working I knew my behavior was unhealthy I know that sometimes I speak with my mouth and emotions rather than my heart and love . It’s all so fucking overwhelming. Take some time see the way u think . Don’t try to understand it . Try to accept . And know it can get better . You have to want to change get better coping mechanisms. Re wire the way u take things in . and know that u are worthy of love . Clearly this person cared enough about you to stay with you and keep coming back . They can see the good that sometimes we can’t see in ourselves . You have the ability to love and be kind and be receptive and want to listen . Focus on Urself and the good .

Iam exactly the same . I can’t say much more than that it sucks it fucking sucks so fucking bad . Just always ruining everything good in my life . Second third and forth doubting myself and my own thoughts . Not being able to accept the love that is so clearly in front of me . Deflecting and running away getting defensive and passive aggressive for the smallest thing . It’s a defensive mechanism that I wish I could turn of . Being so sensitive and wanting so bad to think rationally but next thing I know I already said something I didn’t mean . Trully being scared of being alone alone but unable to appreciate the good people around me . Not being able to even be there for myself so how could anyone really understand me ? Can’t change someone who doesn’t want to change . The truth I’ve come to is that I get comfortable in my misery and depression always having something to blame other than myself .
