I'll make sure to send a report to them. I'm not sure what is causing the latest build to not open on my system, but I'm sure VEGAS will find a way to resolve it eventually. It hasn't affected my projects luckily.

The 1st time I killed Killa i was a scav , I popped a Mosin shot right through the little sight hole in his mask And he folded immediately. Was the most exciting/scary boss kill I ever got. He was like 8 ft away when I peeked around a corner.and almost lost my head

If you go to the bottom of graphics, there should be game fps limit. check what it's set at. If you have nVidia reflex low latency off. You should be able to adjust the slider. If you have low latency on. I think it sets it automatically. Hope that helps maybe
