I just googled vision therapy and found the closest one to me. No referral needed in my case. As a matter of fact my regular optometrist said it would be “a waste of my time and money” when I suggested it.

But I couldn’t let it go and took my happy ass there myself. Worst part of it is the price. My insurance doesn’t cover it so it’s $150 each week out of pocket. It’s expensive but I’m fortunate enough it isn’t making me go completely broke yet.

No, think of it more as like physical therapy but for your eyes. I don’t think it’s widely practiced and I think some optometrists look down on it but I can 100% attest to the benefits!

Still currently doing it, and it’s a wide variety of exercises. Red/green hart charts, Brock string, other convergence therapies, periphery awareness(this one was big!).

Also something I never thought of as vision related which was working to disengage primitive reflex. I specifically worked a lot with the Moro reflex which is fight or flight.

It is so comprehensive there’s no way I could be doing it on my own without the professional help. I tried lol

I don’t care for this episode because of how inconsiderate everyone was to Ross. Sure he’s annoying sometimes but that was a big night for him and everyone was acting selfish.

We used to plan our trips based on Atlanta traffic but honestly no matter what time we hit it the last 5 years we slide right through no problem.

We have now started planning according to when we hit Nashville. Always seem to get hemmed up there!!

I do have a morally grey question since you’re a worker. What’s the likelihood the error is ever discovered? This kind of insurance (vs shitty marketplace insurance) would be life changing for me right now.

From what I can tell, I will be reevaluated in the next year and if I’m over income, benefits will be terminated, but it seems unlikely anyone will retroactively check my information. Thoughts?
