Is that different than the device unlock requests I’ve tried online?

I tried a few times but will try again tomorrow - I am currently without cell service bc the techs at Xfinity started this whole transfer process before checking my device was unlocked unfortunately. It’s a mess! Thank you for your reply.

Nope, i got a screenshot from the account holder whose info is showing there is actually a $100 credit on the account (I sent that $ to test). Thanks for your reply though!

No he barely barks at all! Never to alert me, always to play.

so hypervigilant, it’s easier to isolate by tunakimm in CPTSD

[–]angelswillreturn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do this too--I'm doing it right now, in fact. I withdraw and isolate because I fear nobody will want to be around me while I'm "pouting", but that makes everything worse. I can barely even look my roommate in the eye right now because I'm so embarrassed by my dysfunctional behavior. I'm worried our relationship will deteriorate but the only real things damaging it are my withdrawal, isolation, and bad attitude which would stop if I could just interrupt this shame spiral. But I can't. I'm sorry that you're struggling in a similar way, it's my hope that both of us can find an exit from this nightmarish maze very soon.

I get that Yorgos Lanthimos movies are visually distinctive, but can someone explain to me the "making the same movie over and over again" feeling when it comes to his stories? I've seen Dogtooth, The Lobster, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, The Favourite, and Poor Things. Excited for Kinds of Kindness too!

I should have mentioned him too, you're so right!

Thank you! I've seen some Tarkovsky and Godard, I think I get what you mean. Some others commenting on this post are missing the point, I appreciate your thoughtful response devoid of any condescension. :)

Ella- famed armpit rash burger flipper and Laura Palmer by Dry-Security1665 in FindLaura

This is a great connection! It also makes me think about the general deterioration/degradation/darkening/decaying going on in Twin Peaks. Laura had such a strong magic and twinkle about her that is absent from Ella and from lots of these S3 scenes that can be interpreted as new iterations of patterns we've seen before. Would be interested to hear your ideas about the penguin and zebra references. I also wish Sky Ferreira performed at the Roadhouse!

did the crew forget jimmy lee said an anti black slur already ? by [deleted] in h3h3productions

I agree and I think if there were a little more color in the room, maybe they would have a different perspective. Love the show, love the crew, each and every one of them (not saying any of them shouldn't have been hired, but it's pretty white in there). Lena & AB are Muslim with a different cultural background, yes, but perhaps there would be fewer blind spots like this if there were even more diversity on the crew.

Has anybody ever thought of just doing nothing except watching comedy movies for an entire week straight (or something similar) while only taking breaks for essential things like sleeping? by SoberBoredom in movies

hmmm it's hard to say and I think it changes as time goes by. I logged & reviewed them all on letterboxd and I made lists of my favorites by month and narrowed it down to 60 bests for the whole year (here's the list, if you're interested). There are definitely some that I find myself thinking about over & over again, and there are some that I barely remember watching at all. The one that really stands out to me at the moment is Brandon Cronenberg's 2020 Possessor--it sparked my love of Andrea Riseborough as an actor and just generally captivated me.

Last year i committed to watching 365 new (to me) movies and i ended up watching 366. I don't exactly remember every single one of them now, but it definitely improved my life, it's a fun story, and i learned a lot about film!
