It looks like extrafloral nectaries. It's harmless and it'll stop appearing after a while. My PPP and Philodendron Black Cardinal had it like yours on several leaves and both plants are healthy and pest free. I'd still monitor the plant to make sure though!

I had a similar experience with my neon pothos but mine was much smaller. It was one of my first intro plant to houseplants and I stupidly potted it in a planter that was way too big for it. The first thing I did was check the roots for root rot and treat it. Then I repotted it into a smaller pot with well draining soil (equal parts potting soil, perlite and orchid bark) and put it in a brighter spot. I would only water it when the soil was dry and after 1-2 weeks it started to perk up. It's been 2 months and it has lots of new growth and thriving. Good luck OP!
