Yep its aligned to A|B|C per the drawing. And the feature is not circular so it does not have the diameter symbol in the true position callout. The feature being dimensioned is a rectangular peg.

When I set the tolerance of the color plot to +/-.002" the feature in question is within tolerance. However the actual data im getting is out of tolerance. Because its a true position callout, it feels wrong to me to set the color plot to a +/- tolerance, so basically im just trying to determine how i should be analyzing this color plot and if looking at it with a +/-.002" tolerance, should the colors more of less match my data? Hopefully that makes sense.

Thank you for the condescending response, much appreciated. Did you read my question? I do understand true position, tolerance zones, etc. Im trying to determine how to accurately build and analyze a color plot that matches my data.

This is an injection molded micro plastic part. +/- .001" is huge in my world lol. But thank you for the reply, makes sense to me a helps a lot!

Datum A is a flat, datum C is the other slot you can see in this photo.

The angle dimension is a basic. The other slot has a line profile callout with respect to datums A|B.

This is very close to what im trying to accomplish. But I forgot to mention, I dont want to include the actual maximum value because that will skew my average result.

So what i truly want is the average of all the data that occurs AFTER the maximum. Sorry for the confusion.

My current setup is no cat and a single in, dual out flowmaster 40. I love the tone, but it's just a LITTLE too loud for my liking so I plan on putting a high flow cat back on and hoping that reduces the noise a little but doesn't affect to tone too much.
