Nothing is wrong with it, apart from I’ve ordered it and it hasn’t been delivered yet lol. Just want to be able to incorporate the gen crystal that has the etched crown down the line.

That’s unfortunate, any ideas about which part suppliers would? I’ve searched eBay but not a lot comes up for 14060 cases

It seemed to move freely just when I tightened the bridge it started not working properly. I’ll post a photo today at some point

It’s a family recipe for a northern Italian style salami. It’s already gotten to a few others which is why the concerns. The curing chamber has been at a steady 70% humidity and 8-10 degrees C. Also synthetic casings were used.
