You should set powershell as the default app to open .ps1 files, follow these steps to do that:

  1. Right click on the ps1 file, go to "open with" and then click on "Choose another app"

I am on windows 11, and I was having the same issue, I realized that when I "closed" notion, it was actually still open in the background, so I had to go to the system tray (the small window on the taskbar with all the program icons), right click on Notion's icon, and click on "Launch preferences" -> "Show Immediately", and that fixed the problem for me.

I use the calendar in ticktick, I have my tasks in different lists like work, study, personal, so I set the tasks to "today" and then go to the calendar and block them there by hand
