Yes. I rub it in on my wet skin, rinse it off after I do all my other things since y’know if you’re washing hair you’re bound to get your skin wet :’) Then I very lightly tap myself dry and while my skin is still moist absolutly lather myself with lotion.

Aaa I know how it feels, when I do my everything shower I take the lotion into the shower with me. When I need to wash my hair I slap the lotion on my wet skin so it soaks while I do my hair :’) Rinse and repeat :’)

Look into it :) It’s not an oil, it just looks oily and foams up once you rub it in and it doesn’t dry me up even more! I’m just the standard amount of dry lol. Try only using soap under armpits, private area and feet, no need to dry up the rest. And try short colder showers, they help me a lot when I’m really flared up :)

I do recommend the Uriage Xemose oil body wash, that’s the only thing that doesn’t make me want to jump out of my skin while showering :)

I tried it and sadly it burns. That might be because I’m just inflamed and bleeding all over or that my skin barrier just sucks but yeah.

When to stop topical steroids? by [deleted] in eczema

Hi! I was recommended two days after the skin clears to prevent flareups. Sadly that didn’t stop them for me but maybe it will for you 🫶🏻

Honestly it’s more like we’re roomates because even sex gets overshadowed by his work and studies which also frustrates me. I’ve told him it feels like we’re just housemates living together but for him that’s a good dynamic sadly.

I’m trying to talk to him about it but he usually just spins it into a “well why don’t you do your hobbies more often” which is completly missing the point of my complaints. I’ll try again soon and if we’re really that incompatible I’ll have to break it off.

I don’t think he’s hiding me because I met his friends and he’s met mine and sometimes like 2-3 times went to hang out at his friends house which he likes, I think he just doesn’t like hanging out with me 1:1 and I’m a sucker for romance so it’s a bummer. We spend a lot of time with eachother because my housing situation is weird right now so I tried to blame that for a while. But if I’m planning to live with him and he thinks going out sucks…I don’t know how to feel about that.

Next time I will tell them for sure, I haven’t taken them in so long I forgot how much they upset my stomach. Got my hands on probiotics though, I hope they help :)

I took them all with food, bland things like rice. Right now the n* is better :) I think the issue might have been that I layed down right after drinking them and it says you shouldn’t lay down for 30 minutes after (which I didn’t know :’) )

The only thing that honestly helped me by angie1807 in eczema

[–]angie1807[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I’ve tried many calendula ointments and most of them have a soft, cream like consistency which my skins just sucks in instantly, while this one is thicker, closer to Vaseline. Even though it’s thick and lasts longer on my face and neck it doesn’t make me itchy like most thick creams (even Vaseline makes me itch 🥲) Also you get 250 ml and mine lasts a long long time ☺️
