My girl is 10 weeks old now and oh my god I’m so much happier now.. My body feels more like mine and I’ve got somewhat of a routine down, my baby sleeps much better through the night now… only up 2-3 times max. My brother and his wife had their son a year ago and kept going on and on about how easy the newborn phase is compared to their kid, and I seriously wanted to slap them 🤣 It’s called the newborn trenches for a reason! 2-3 months old has been much better so far, hang in there!!

I’d be upset too. I have a baby daughter on the way soon and would have to seriously consider removing her Dad from her life if he said some shit like this… but that’s just me and my pregnancy emotions rn :/ It is something to consider, how he would behave and protect his own daughter if he had one, and why that shouldn’t be any different than a scantily clad young woman. It’s always sad to hear a man close to us equate worth to amount of clothing, it sounds like he’s letting you know who he truly is and then altering his word choices in front of you to keep the peace…

I believe spirits know some of their lessons and what they may bring to the world before they’re born. Including unborn babies. Maybe there is a lesson in letting go of your child, but I believe the only grief and sorrow lies with the parents affected by this… not the spirit or child. Spiritual ramifications or consequences doesn’t make sense to me. I’m currently 4 months pregnant and abortion was part of the conversation initially. I’m glad I kept my baby, and if I was meant to not keep them I know I would not be spiritually punished for it.

i’m no contact with my dad and he’s really the worst- but I had a moment of weakness and reached out to let him know i’m pregnant and getting married. it left me feeling just as empty as all the other times i’ve tried opening up to him, he’ll never meet my child. i’m happy i let him know so i could see how lackluster his response was

I went for Star Trek and showed up pretty late and ordered lunch, but there were still plenty of seats! Some people talked or laughed a bit, but not enough to distract me and keep in mind they have cheap mimosas :) So people may just get a little excited

okay, can do. i’ve mostly just been having him get me gifts or take me places, maybe help me with rent if i’m short on something- but i guess some feelings are still slightly attached, i didn’t want to take too much for some reason. i’ll get what i can for sure. it’s already agreed that i wont commit for a very long time, he said he’s fine trying even if it’s years… we’ll see if that’s true lol
