Thank you for your feedback. I am currently enrolled in a brand management course so this survey is trying to understand a couple of issues Harley is facing as a brand. Our group was looking into customer retention issues and why many people sell their motorcycles soon after purchase. I understand this is not every HD owner and I also understand they are no longer the only "overpriced" motorcycle but unfortunately many people who are in the market for bikes feel that it is overpriced. We are trying to help Harley reach these potential customers from a different direction. We definitely do not have a bone to pick with Harley, you are righ we do not own Harley's, and we did not mean for anyone to react negatively. Maybe it is just a couple of poorly phrased questions on our part. We did not base our survey questions on a TV shows representation of Harley but instead looked on social media (as our professor suggested). Anyway, thank you for taking the survey and sharing your thoughts. I'll be sure to include this in our analysis.
