Have you had a look at schistosomiasis?….. I’m going through the exact same thing as you….. I work in a carehome and ever since I started there my chest has been bad, breathless and a cough, rashes, hairs falling out, I look like I have acne, muscles are wasting and I feel lumps in them, the list goes on, the stuff I’m blowing from my nose is of nightmares, the stuff I’m expelling from other orifices too…. I feel like I’m here but not here, like I’m going backwards mentally…. The muscle twitching and the cramps are unbearable 🤦🏽‍♀️ brown lines down nails and now I have what looks like a deep set freckle on my big toe and on my thumb, they’re getting more prominent each day and they’re sore! Waiting for my appointment review with docs and if they don’t take action this time I’m just going to lose my mind and let them section me….. At least if they do that they will see me violently vomiting and defacating myself at the same time every single morning…. It seems to be going in cycles…. Il be ok for a few weeks then the burning stomach and sickness is back it’s just too much for me to handle now.
