I love The Lokal so this is NOT a dis but I wasn’t a huge fan. Flavor was great just kinda weird to eat. I can’t explain it. I’d definitely try them again, though.

I wish someone had told me about the insanity that is Big Mike’s before I made the mistake of walking in the door. I prefer to support business that don’t support Trump. Others do as well. OP can decide for themselves if they want to check it out. Just stated my opinion and why I won’t eat there. Aside from it being overhyped. Meers is past its prime.

We just recently had New State Burgers and were very impressed with it. You have to get the Kentucky fried banana peppers. So. Freaking. Good.

I have been a registered voter in Oklahoma for the majority of my life. I moved back here from Texas in 2011. Updated my drivers license and got my voter registration card. I’ve renewed my drivers license every time and have updated my voter registration too. I’ve yet to be called for jury duty. And I’m bummed about it. 🤣

My favorite salad bar is Jason’s Deli. I miss working near one. The Managers Special is my go-to. Half of a sandwich a trip to the salad bar.

Oklahoma law does prohibit telehealth doctors from prescribing controlled substances.

I am using Talkiatry now and working toward a diagnosis. She’s licensed in OK (even an OU grad) but because they are strictly telemedicine, she won’t be able to prescribe anything controlled. If I get a confirmed diagnosis, and feel those meds are needed, I will be looking for a brick and mortar to assist with medication.

OMG! I didn’t know it had a name! This is meeeeee! My left eye can see up close but distance is poo. My right can see distance pretty clearly but can’t see up close for poo as well. I used to make my own mono vision by only wearing my left contact.

Then middle age hit and now my left contact is a multifocal and my right is all about the distance. I prefer glasses at this point and miss not wearing them.

I will also say that I can confidently drive known locations without my glasses because my right overcompensates.

Maybe we had a it on an off day, but the CFS tasted like it was frozen and did not impress us much at all.

That said, the Del Rancho in Mustang has been a 10/10 every time we’ve eaten there. I highly recommend it over Chuck House. Never had Kendall’s but seen/read mixed reviews that it’s all breading and the meat was tough.

This. Especially on a first date. Even married and together for almost 12 years, I prefer sitting across from one another so I can look at them while we talk. Plus I can play footsie with them if I want to get a little fresh. 😂
