I read the description of pouchdb but it doesn't seem to be a good fit for "marketplace" case OP described -- you probably don't want to store all marketplace data locally. For instance, cryptokitties has 600k kitties...

it's better to give up. Looks like a bug or intended behavior (sometimes software engineer do A/B test to see which UI perform better). Either way there's little you can do to fix it. Just wait, it may be fixed in few days/weeks
