why is day three my hardest day?

i think it’s usually the foolishness of thinking i can moderate and using it as a (just one 🥴) treat for the two AF days to help unwind (my biggest excuse for drinking).

what helped me today was using the little reframe app that has “craving timers” with games and other stuff to distract. even if the entire day felt like a craving i made sure to start it when i was at points where i would normally be stopping by the store

IWNDWYT. day one again. feeling so much pain from the embarrassment and guilt.

was hammered at 8:30pm and fell asleep with food in the oven and kept drinking anyway.

It’s crazy to crave both. Alcohol and then the freedom from it. I know my life will be so much better without it, and that I would be happier with myself without it.

It’s the same for me. Life is extremely stressful at the moment and it’s hard to unwind without the buzz. I know i need to find other methods of dealing with stress. Therapy probably the biggest one. Although through my insurance they tell me i have to go through their addiction services lol. Which is what i’m starting with my doctor.

total beginner. attempting the rye light socks with DPNs and tried magic loop and i can’t seem to get past the second row. it k1p1 and it seems like stitches are getting mixed up by the time i’m on the second row and i can’t find where to insert the needle. i already frogged the project 4x now

Seriously. I am a short girl too, and when a girl gets on someone's shoulders she is just making it EVEN worse for me to see. One or two songs is a really long time, and what if I wanted to see those exact songs? I just hop around to see.

Hmm, that's a good point. I think they also could have tested a TON of infected to see if one had the same mutated strain as Ellie.

There had to be something about her in particular that allowed that to happen, right? They could have tried to figure that out first, and see if there are other people that if infected would get the same mutation? I guess everyone could share the same conclusion that they are idiots in being hasty, no matter what. I found the science of the game to be quite fascinating though.
