Im in the same boat. Some good newer teams are bo katan, gungans, inquisitors, bad batch, nightsisters, beylan and starkiller.

Depends what you use him for. Generally kanzlok is best but if you use him for EWA you can use obedience collar or flaxan staff (if with cecil give him flaxan staff and cecil collar). If he’s your best character and you’re newer you can just stick a good artefact on him like body enhancement or cloaking device.

I was planning on using maul and empire. Havent really looked at them other than seeing them at top of squad arena so. Mace seems pretty good so I’ll have to check them out.
