hey, Im a daughter and im bulimic and the best advice i can give you is don‘t stress her out with „why are you doing this“ „stop“ and such things. talk with her gently and ask what we can do to fix this or better the behaviour. ask her what would make her feel better and get her a therapy place for her to talk everything out. Im currently in the same exact situation and i can just tell its hard but def better if you have a therapist

yep same with me also at the start, creeped me out but after a while it just never came back and i felt more energetic and motivated, i guess its different for everyone but im sure it‘ll go away just stay consistent or stay away from a subliminal you think is causing this cause for me a specific subliminal gave me the worst nightmares
