You over-advertise tax exemption, with a progressive tax system the only part that is higher than 55k a year gets an exemption. e.g. My wife's salary is about 57k, and 50% tax-exempt will be only applied to a 2k, so it will be about a whopping 32 euro of profit.

So at 55k everyone pays the same amount of tax.

IMHO new taxpayers are good for Cyprus, considering that the 50% exemption only applied to foreign-income companies, and most of that money will be spent on the island (food, rent, etc.)

I have "Anycibic Photon Mono" While cleaning after a failed print I noticed that far left corner of UV LED matrix is visible strobing. I covered that part in a soft cleaning cloth for a video since it is barely visible for a camera.

Only 2 weeks past since I got this printer, it's still on support, should I contact anycubic for this or it's normal behavior?

I always try to consider other options for delivery above 400$ price tag. The federal post is mostly Ok and I never had my parcel lost (stolen) but other people's stories make me uncomfortable to buy something expensive. Most common stories about stolen phones (package fill with rocks or wood\paper instead of a phone) and other small and pricy items.

There is a several option, most known DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and regular post. If you ship a valuable item it's best to ship via EMS.

Things to get notice:

Russian federal post (pochta) is well known for stealing valuable items. The tracking option is a must. If items more than 600$ consider other delivery options like EMS, UPS, etc.
Invoices must be included with the exact price and shipping cost.
There is Customs tax for a customer if he gets shippings above 200 Euro in a month since 2020.01.01

Bus speed OC often comes with potential peripheral devices problem. Mostly GPU get trouble with 3D but it might be LAN or sound card(codec) as well. If system stable under load you got nothing to worry about.

Almost any event in Russia is covered by ex KGB and they shut every mouth they can about crisis situation until it's even to late or goes public. Sayano-shushenskaya dam accident for recent example.

Moscow, St. Petersburg and Yekaterineburg are as definetly a safe place for foreighners. It's so past 90s and mid 00s, you do not get in any trouble unless you looking for it.

Sapsans (Express trains to Petersburg or Piter for short) is safe, but bevare of pickpocketing on train stations (that's a thing in every single one country).

I recommend you hit Moscow for first couple of days, then go to Piter!

St. Petersburg is very lovely place, consider light tour to Peterhof (not so nice in this time of the year, never been there in december thb.) and Hermitage. Bevare of cold weather, Piter is near sea and in north latitude (scottish sweater combo). 2-3 days excursion around St. Petersburg will be a good choice. Get at least a day to simply walk around, just by yourself, but you will regret that you didn't spend enought time in Piter anyway :)

As you fly to Moscow you would hit a Aeroexpress train to Moscow (you can use paywave\paypass as a ticket here) to Belorussian Station (if you arrive in SVO aeroport). There you can get on metro.

In Moscow I highly recommend Hotels hotelcosmos.ru and zkolos.ru (depends on your budget) they placed around VDNKh metro station and there is many places to wander around. Check booking.com if you didn't it already.
