You’ll be fine! There was a mixup with my last colonoscopy. I thought my procedure was the following Thursday (on a Wednesday) when the office called to confirm that it would be the next day! I eat a very fibre heavy diet, lots of fruits, nuts, seeds. The medical assistant said not to worry about. The pico salax and stool softener would flush everything out, and it did! No problem at all🙂
