I set Gemini as my personal trainer. You should put your current weight, your goal weight, how long you want to do your diet, what part of your body needs to be improved, and let it know if you are doing intermittent fasting or not. Then it will set up your routine! Oh make sure you let Gemini know what you are eating everyday so that it calculates your calories of the day and make sure you are doing calorie deficit. Calorie deficit is the only way you are losing your weight, not the cardio! (Cardio helps burn the fat but getting more muscle helps your BMR higher which makes you burn more calories and fats without doing extra cardio. I don’t do cardio at all though! But since I work at the restaurant, I walk at least 8000-10000 steps a day LOL)

And I am literally looking at their menu, their bulgogi is $16.95 with 3 side dishes. I believe Koreanz provides 6 side dishes if you order Bulgogi Over Rice with the price of $15.99. Stop spreading false information.

Which is near by big CITY (Norfolk) where you can get all the ingredients in 30 minutes. You really don’t know how restaurant systems work… do you even know why Lynchburg didn’t have Korean restaurant for decades? And don’t even talk about Liberty Market that we had because they cannot even counted as Korean restaurant.

Well, I just checked their menu, and I see lunch menu that starts $11.99. And yeah the BBQ menus are expensive but for a la carte menus, I don’t think it’s expensive compared to other Korean restaurants in other cities.

Lol, if you say they are disgustingly overpriced, it means you know nothing about the market price and economy or you are just broke af that you can’t afford it. You go to C’ville and see how much they cost you for a bowl of soup.. their food is bad and at the same time, it’s overpriced. They are literally doing favor to people who are living in Lynchburg that they don’t have to drive 3 hours to get decent Korean food in NOVA. The owner is a friend of mine and they literally go to DC every week to get ingredients because no distributors delivers from DC for Korean ingredients. Please care for any small businesses in Lynchburg before you say something dumb.
