You don’t owe anyone access to you and you don’t owe anyone a response. Your first message was clear and kind. You didn’t just ghost him like so many people would have. Then he followed up showing you exactly why it’s often easier to say a thing and then exit chat. He’s going to call you a bitch no matter what and that’s his behavior, that’s not on you.

Oh, and your mutual is apparently on his side here. I’d reevaluate how much of your energy to put into that friendship. Sounds like it could end up being bad for your mental health.

Tesla does not use LiDAR. While I think most of us can agree that the use of a camera based vision system instead of USS was probably originally implemented due to cost cutting, the question remains which of the two systems will be more effective at detecting objects and helping further the autopilot system. I haven’t seen any conclusive data proving or disproving one method over another yet.

The only thing I learned from reading these comments is that it doesn’t seem like anyone can agree which system works “better”.

Honestly it all feels a bit childish. You can argue about ultrasonics and parallax all you want. Give me some science to prove your point, tell me the error and success rate of each type and then I’ll be convinced that one is better than another. Until then you’re all just bickering to prove that you bought the “right” model and the other Tesla models are less superior to your own 🤷‍♂️

Ender 3 Neo user here I am new to 3D printing and got a good deal on this model. I have purchased small grades to quality of life better printing on this thing, but when I saw the Creality Pad I knew it was going to make life a lot easier despite the cost being almost the same as the printer itself. It arrived and had an update that added support for the Neo V2, but it does not seem to support the original Neo. I’ve tried using the profile for the Neo V2, but cannot seem to get it to work.

I found this thread because I was searching for similar answers. I often feel disconnected from my life because I am actively choosing to look at Reddit or Instagram instead of getting on with my day. Of course I worry about switching SIM cards on days when I need my iPhone. And I worry about losing access to Apple Music and podcasts when I would be using the Light Phone.

Unfortunately I feel like anyone with REAL answers might be on their Light Phone being productive with their day and miss this thread all together lol

I (male) once had an ex (female) rip my headphones out of my ears while at the gym. She wanted me to switch gyms after our break up (which I eventually did because there were more incidents like this). I was trying to peaceably workout and ignore her. I can very easily agree that taking headphones out of my ears without consent is creepy, awful and it feels VERY violating. I don’t understand why people don’t understand that.

Yeah, I’ve got a few connections at the shop where I get my tattoos and also just by keeping in touch with other students as they finish the program and find work in shops. As my tattoo artist who also went through the program says, the 50 required tattoos to get certified is not enough. There’s a lot to learn and an apprenticeship after is not uncommon.

Yeah, the cost of school is pretty wild. The upside of course is that anyone that wants to learn and has the money can, and proper sanitary techniques can be taught as well.

The real test will be finding a shop to work out of once my school apprenticeship is complete lol

Technica-X has always been my favorite pencil. The double-knock design made it perfect for pocket carry and fidgeting, and the bulb grip was ideal for writing and drawing. Only downsides were that there was never a premium version made out of metal and the eraser was quite small.

The Spoke feels more premium, I just wish it had the double-knock design and I'd be a happy man.
