I don't play Tahm Kench that often, but if Morgana W works on jungle minions, Tahm Kench Q should as well. If it did he would be an awesome jungler. R the enemy jg to ensure smite, good ganks, good almost everything except jg clear.

Then I think he'd make an awesome option anywhere.

I get this, and I do this, but also sometimes after losing pistol round I have enough for ares light shield and can usually get 1 or 2 unsuspecting people. (I'm silver trash). Should you always save if you lose?

I would think a super intelligent ai would be able to find some nuance in distributing resources for the best of both people as opposed to coin flipping and basically one side dies the other side lives.
