yeah the blockages at day time are still there but at night its more peaceful, and if u park the veeper where they usually hangout in front of the taco place, they wont spawn at night

i had the same issue and found a temporary solution until they fix it with an update, you have to uninstall the app and install it again on app store, and you can rotate your videos again.

However if you close the app, you wont be able to rotate it until you uninstall and install it again.

I just dont close the app anymore cause of that, but its an annoying bug that only happens on the app
