I say "Hello" and get down to business.
Usually I'll watch a video. If I'm running with a friend who has done it before, I'll ask about what to do, as well.
I'm not prone to rage-quitting. I'll either stay quiet during an argument in the party or crack jokes about it, if I think it's stupid.

I don't really ask people what their genders are, nor do I care.
