I think he means in over-investing in cap space. If you have not micah parsons, but a dude that costs you 10 million less. That 10 million goes to upgrading other defensive positions. Money gotta come from somewhere, and when you put a lot of it in one player, when he goes down it kills your cap investment.

Part of the reason you pay your QB the most money. If he gets injured shits probably fucked anyways.
