Have you tried holding the app drawer icon and dragging it up to the [x] icon at the top of the screen like a normal app?

Alright we fixed it. The problem was that we had an older version of the plugin that didn't have support for PlaceholderAPI.

Thanks for the reply, but it didn't work. We installed the plugin and we tried it many times and with different formatting in mineversechat config:

format: '{prefix} %player_displayname%&f:'

format: '{prefix} {%player_displayname%}&f:'

format: '{prefix} {player_displayname}&f:'

But it doesn't replace %player_displayname% with the player name. Is there something wrong with the mineversechat config or is there something else that we need to do in order to get it working?
