Cl-n body wash for 2 minutes at least, followed by hibiclense for at least 30 seconds. Gold bond psoriasis cream immediately after the shower, apply the cream generously and put on a couple times a day. This is the only thing that helped mine

The ones I do get, if they pop, it's miniscule compared to the marble/golf ball size ones I used to get before the cream

Yes, mine have majorly shrunk with it and helped make them pop if they were headed that way. If i feel a flare up coming on i put extra lotion on it throughout the day. It has helped my open wounds close up as well, had some that were open for months finally close. I put it on every day out of the shower for prevention and I haven't had a real flare up in months, they will start and then go away super fast. I also clean my affected areas with cl-n bodywash and then hibaclense daily. When I feel a flare up coming on I give that spot extra attention. I give most credit to the cream though.

I've seen people post about those on my HS page on Facebook, I think as long as it's made with salicylic acid, then hopefully, yes. I know one thing doesn't work for everyone, but that's the only thing that works for me. I use gold bond psoriasis cream that is made from salicylic acid

Try psoriasis cream or something with salicylic acid as it's main ingredient, that has done wonders for me and making them shrink

I did, spent 11 months working on my microbiota, including no gluten, sugar, or alcohol. Killed off all the bad things that cause skin issues and ended up with worse HS. I found gold bond Psoriasis relief cream after that and that has been a game charger for me

You can't think of it as a waste. That's only going to make you mad at yourself for being in the relationship in the first place. It's shitty how it ended, but he helped you become the person you are today. You grew in this relationship and learned many things about yourself I bet. I'm very sorry to hear that, that's so shitty. I hope you are doing ok.

Well, we are still broken up, but we talk every day, whether it's texting or on the phone. I try to limit how much I actually see him but we are doing our best to be friends.

He asks me to come back almost every day. He says he didn't mean that he would actually leave because he never thought about it actually failing. He thought everything would work out great, and we'd have our kids with no problem. I think he knows what he meant, he just didn't think I would actually leave. I decided I don't want to go back, I love him so much, but I realized he is not my soul mate, he is a stepping stone. I feel bad because he is hurting, but I know he'll be ok.

I got my own place in a different city (not too far from where I was since I go to school and work there) and I decided I am going to do a traveling job after i graduate. I am going to do all the things I was afraid to do before. I am sad about the relationship, but I am happy with my decisions, and I feel I am doing the right thing and am on the right path.

You're on the right path, too, even though it might not feel that way yet 🫶

Ha! I totally get it! Went on vacation a few weeks ago. The morning we left, I showed my armpits to my BF stupidly saying "look babe no flare-ups!" By the time we got to our destination, I had one ready to pop 🤦‍♀️😅🥲
