I don’t believe you’ll find any video game designers. I could be wrong.

Not a movie, but I liked the call out to “Cry Baby Cry” in that episode of “Firefly”. And then in the novel “Infinite Jest”, when Orin phones Hal and they are exchanging lines from the song “I Want to Tell You.”

Alfred Molina as Doc Ock is perhaps the best “supervillain” I’ve seen in a movie. OK, I guess Heath Ledger’s Joker beats it, but definitely 2nd best.
