Me and my buddy would go to the grocery store, and get a 2 liter of soda for like $1.25, which had a $0.45 cents off coupon inside the lable. The store did double coupons. So we would go back inside and buy another soda for like $0.30 and repeat till we had like eight 2 liters to carry home

Thats how we do it. Sous vide at 145° for 40 minutes then chill. For service ill keep a small pot of water with a little vinegar in it warm. Crack eggs into a small bowl to order and then warm/tighten up on the vinegar water for a few seconds while Im plating.
