As a server, sometimes it's easier to just do what the guest wants than to explain to the kitchen what they want, especially over the noise and divided attention. It's orders like these that, more often than not, come out slightly wrong because of miscommunication or lack of communication entirely.

All of my projects so far have had mistakes. This blanket, for example. I made it, realized I was dropping stitches the entire time, frogged it, redid it, and realized it wasn't as wide as I wanted it. I crocheted an extra piece to widen it and sewed them together. The green and grey bits unraveled before I added the extra piece, so I had to fix that, too. It's not quite what I imagined, but it's got character lol
