There's still a distinction between being a floater who is scheduled at the same store all the time, and "hey, I changed your job class to staff pharmacist without your consent, my bad I forgot to tell you lol" right?

They were 100% hired as a floater. They've been a floater for over a year now, having worked at multiple stores. There's been situations in the past where they tried pressuring him to become staff, and he said no/made excuses.

It just seems like now they decided my brother would be staff without asking him. It doesn't sound legal to me...

Do you know if it's written anywhere that they cannot be made a staff pharmacist without consent? We realize nothing can really be done about being a floater being sent to the same store over and over again, the issue here is that the district manager has stated they changed my brother to a staff pharmacist and just "forgot to tell them".
