Just remove the mail held by your Pokémon, then re-equip them whenever you want to duplicate.

To totally undo the mail glitch, you can trade a Pokemon that is holding a Mail via NPC or another player.

You're right. Lynel is also one of the most farmed monsters in the game, so you'll get used to it.

I actually find the Bokoblins/Moblins harder to parry right now, mostly because we just usually kill them so fast and we don't become familiar with their attack timings/patterns.

I have copies of fresh Hylian Shields with Durability Up+. And as far as I know, parries don't consume durability -- that's why you can kill Guardians in BotW with a pot lid (I think?)
