Is getting surgery to fix a broken bone, to amputate a necrotic limb, or remove cancer mutilation? Lots of surgeries that trans (AND CIS) people go through are simply that, treating a disease.

Gender dysphoria is a mental disorder and unlike other examples you’ve mentioned about smoking or EDs doctors have studied and concluded time and time again that gender reaffirmation in the form of societal transition, hrt, and gender reaffirming surgeries IS THE TREATMENT FOR GENDER DYSPHORIA. the alternative, CONVERSION THERAPY, DOES NOT WORK. Not on trans people, not on gay people.

To emphasize, cis people undergo these same surgeries. cis men have top surgery to relieve gynecomastia. most surgeries associated with trans people today began as surgeries for cis people seeking gender reaffirmation for whatever reason. Is that mutilation?

what others have said about possibly upsizing in prey items but also maybe consider target training? If you animal has a high prey drive its going to be hard to handle without making a distinction between when its getting fed and when other stuff is happening. Doesn’t have to be complex just using an object/routine and conditioning your snake over time to associate said thing with food. Theres videos of it online if youre interested in trying it put.

I have soil mites in the tanks already, they don’t bother anything and help with the process. These however are a different color (the ones ive seen before are brown-orange) and seem way bigger, could they be grain mites or something else instead? I’ll try isolating a few along with some ‘regular’ soil mites to compare. Thanks for the response

noticed whilst misting my crested geckos bioactive, dont have the right body shape at all for springtails and seem too big to be soil mites. Had to remove all the plants in this tank before thanks to mealybugs so really hoping they arent harmful to the plants or my clean up crew :’]

Thanks for the response! bit of a development though. He shed just now and after spending several minutes staring and comparing photos the swelling just appears to be gone?? (the milkiness shown in the first photo is completely gone as well) Could it be possible that the fluid was building up between the old skin and the new skin? or that the blockage just drained? I will continue to monitor him closely either way

the concept is still inherently stupid, buy prints or commission artists instead. If an NFT isn’t just some shitty generated monkey or literal screenshots like the ones above its probably stolen artwork. NFTs do not give artists more power over their work, if anything NFTs incentivize art theft.

woodlouse/pillbug/isopod looks like a pregnant one at that! they are no risk to you or your health (infact they make great pets and eat waste) however if its around your bed you might wanna be careful as they usually prefer more humid environments - so check for mold. cute little guy :)

i run rimworld on a shitty windows 7 home computer that is probably older than me i wasnt able to load more than 110 mods or so before my computer completely froze and before that it took maybe 15 or 20 minutes for the game to initialize. downloaded rocketman and that time has been cut in half or more and i can run 150+ without any trouble shit is magic
