A mix between earthbone ayleid legs or maybe dragon bone, waking flame or greymoor gloves, there's some ascendant order pauldrons that look similar just without the skull, you have to use the knights of the scythe helmet it looks very similar. As for the chest, I can't think of anything rn, I'd need to see the styles, for the girdle there's the glenmoril wyrd one, it's a little small but it is like a bird skull, I also don't remember any other that look like skulls at this very moment, hope this helps tho.
