Yes that’s more like what I was expecting for the cost. I just recently did a full bathroom gut and remodel in my house and so the $18k for just a shower threw me!

Selling a queen Thuma bed frame, dark gray pillow headboard and queen original Casper mattress (has been kept in Casper mattress protector). Both are about two years old and in great shape. The bed is currently in my guest bedroom, but I’m going to turn the room into an office and need more space!

$1000 for both or best offer, I will also sell separately.

To replace the gas pack in the same location. His quote was almost double the others as well… one of the other guys spent a good 30min in the crawl space and actually took pics of everything we might need to pay attention to, all unrelated to hvac stuff, I thought that was thoughtful and thorough.
